THE NEWTON PREP MASTER WITH STAINLESS STEEL PAN ~ reversible
If there were ever a cutting board to get revved up about, I would say start your celebrating ladies! This Boos Board Rocks! As I previously wrote, it is a great board using both sides of the block! One side for meats, and draining and the other side for chopping veggies and swooshing them into the stainless steel pan that comes with the board!
The board is made in the U.S.A of Hard Rock Maple and it is reversible. You can cut on one side of the block and it has slanted grooves which carry the juices to a stainless steel drip pan! The pan is easily removable and is a snap to sanitize! If you prefer, you can use the board on the flip side as preparation tray for cutting veggies and sliding them into the stainless steel pan and continue on cutting more and more! The Stainless Steel tray is 5 3/4” x 8 1/2” x 1 1/8”. The board is SAFE for ALL food preparations and it is build on 125 years of know how and fine craftsmanship!

My dream board would be a combination of the Newton Prep Master and the Countertop Board. I LOVE the idea of it “grabbing” the side of the counter to prevent slips and make it stable!!!

I love the Newton Prep Master board. It’s relaxing for me to just cut the stuff up even though I have the gadgets to make it “easier”. My brother doesn’t call me gadget girl for nothing…lol. I don’t have any cutting boards like this though, but I sure wouldn’t mind having one….or two!!!!!!
