I actually got to put this on a road test and I can tell you I was more than pleased with the pan. The handle is ergonomic and it is really light weight. Because the pan has an aluminum core and a non stick coating it is able to withstand high temperatures while you are cooking . This enabled to me to take it from searing foods on the stove right into the oven. I cooked pan seared chicken and then finished the cooking process in the oven all in ONE Pan. When I cleaned up, I had only ONE pan, not 2, which made clean up easier as well. In addition because the pan is NON-STICK I did not have a lot to clean from the pan, it was soap and water easy! The Pan transfers from the stove to the oven. One Pan Cooking, my kind of cooking. I love it because it’s non stick and no oils are needed. Healthy 1 pot cooking. Now, it does say the handles stay cool and this was true, but I still used my pot holder because I error on the side of caution. I would advise that you always check ANY Pot/PAN handle in order to not get burned, just in case:)
I have a pan by a famous chef, that I paid 10x more for and the handles get hot and it was supposed to be non-stick — this PAN by OrGreenic cooked better, more evenly and was a lot LESS expensive!
