As I have said before, broccoli rabe is a very diverse vegetable, it is good, steamed, broiled, boiled, baked, microwaved or fried. It has a bitter, nutty flavor and I eat it daily! This recipe is one of many that I use, but it lends itself to being baked in the oven on a pizza shell nicely.
My pizza is much more simple than this one:
1 pizza shell
Olive oil brushed across the shell
Cooked Garlic CLoves in Olive oil, smashed down on pizza shell.
Fresh Mozzarella cut into little pieces and regular mozzarella shredded across pizza.
Bake until pizza shell browns lightly
