PASTA SALAD A LA BARILLA

1# BOX BARILLA LINGUINE  (cooked, rinsed, and lightly tossed with EVOO)

1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes (rinsed)

2 TBSP Salad Supreme

1 8 oz container small fresh mozzarella

1 C roasted red peppers, chopped

1 c Celery peeled, chopped small

1 Large Seedless Cucumber, Peeled, sliced

Add all together with 1/2  to 1 c (depending on your preference) of Italian Dressing of your choice

Toss and Sprinkle with Parmesan
